We undertake head-hunting or mass recruitment activities like testing, shortlisting interview and recommendation of different cadres of staff from Management Trainees to Executives.
We have a rich portfolio of training programmes in soft skills,general management, sales and marketing, credit and risk management; and Microsoft Excel.
Our consulting competencies cover Human Resources, Performance Management, business advisory in marketing, sales and business planning. We also plan and facilitate management retreats for budgeting and strategy formulation
We are a medium-sized and professionally-run HR consulting firm, located in Lagos, with a keen interest in developing young, brilliant, diligent and honest graduates to becoming HRM professionals starting as Management Trainees [HRM].
Job Description (in Summary)
- Attend and coordinate various training programmes.
- Plan and execute various recruitment projects.
- Plan and implement various HR consulting projects.
- Research, write and implement various proposals and projects.
Major Requirements for the 2025 Fact Base Consulting Management Trainee Program
- Degree/ HND (Minimum of 2.1/Upper Credit) in OTM, or any Management, Social, Physical, Life Sciences, Humanities or Education.
- Age: 25 years (max).
- Comfortable skills in MS Office Suite.
- No post-NYSC experience is required.
