About the Graduate Trainee Program

The PAC Academy Graduate Trainee Program is a rigorous initiative designed to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in finance. Participants will undergo:

Person Specification and Qualification:

A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from any recognized university and field of study
A minimum of a Second-Class Lower
Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC)
Not more than 27 years of age.
