2025 KatipAta Turkish Language and Culture Program for International Public Officials and Academicians
KatipAta offers public officials, diplomats, academics, and researchers the opportunity to deeply immerse themselves in the Turkish language and culture.
The program aims to strengthen ties between Türkiye and participants’ countries while providing them with a chance to gain a deeper understanding of Turkish culture and society.
Additionally, KatipAta participants have the opportunity to engage in enriching experiences such as seminars led by renowned professors, cultural excursions to various regions of Türkiye and institutional visits.
Promoting sustainable cooperation between Türkiye and Turkic countries and supporting cultural exchange, KatipAta offers participants a unique experience.

Eligibility Requirements for the 2025 KatipAta Turkish Language and Culture Program
- Candidates from around the world can apply.
- For Public Officials:
- You should have at least 3 years of work experience at a relevant institution.
- A Master’s or PhD degree is preferred.
- For Academicians and Researchers:
- You must be employed at a university or research center.
- A Master’s or PhD degree is preferred.
- You must be under the age of 40.
- You need to have English proficiency.
- You must not be currently residing in Türkiye.
- You must not have previously benefited from or currently be receiving other Türkiye Scholarships programs.
The Program Covers:
- Monthly Stipends
- Round-trip Airfare Tickets
- Accommodation Expenses
- Turkish language education costs
- Costs of cultural activities and trips during the program.
