International Students from around the world are eligible to apply for the Seoul National University Scholarship 2026. SNU is the most prestigious university in South Korea and a leading institution globally.

The Scholarship is available for undergraduate, Graduate, and full-time MBA degree programs. The online Application Window for the SNU Admission is very short.

They will accept applications from 7th July to 10th July 2025. Make sure to prepare each and every document before the application starts.

Undergraduate Scholarships (Before Admission)

Students may apply for these scholarships before or during the admission application period.

• Overseas Koreans Scholarship (Opens in February or March)
  • Full tuition exemption for a maximum of 8 semesters (Only when conditions are met)
  • Living expenses: 900,000 KRW per month for 8 semesters (maximum)
  • Airfare for one economy round-trip
  • Korean language training fee: fee exemption at the Language Education Institute for 6 months
  • Medical insurance subscription (private company)

Graduate Scholarships (Before Admission)

Students may apply for the programs before or during the admission application period.

• SNU President Fellowship Program (SPF)
  • Tuition fee: full tuition exemption for a maximum of 6 semesters
  • Living expenses: 1, 500,000 KRW ~ 2,000,000 KRW per month for 3~4 years
  • A round-trip airfare (economy class based on the GTS system)
  • Korean language training (only evening class during regular semesters)
  • National Health Insurance fee reimbursement
• Graduate Scholarship for Excellent Foreign Students (GSFS)
  • Tuition fee: full tuition exemption for a maximum of 4 semesters
  • Living expenses: minimum of 500,000 KRW per month (different according to recipients’ majors)
• Overseas Koreans Scholarship
  • Full tuition exemption for a maximum of 4 semesters (when conditions are met)
  • Living expenses: 900,000 KRW per month, 4 semesters (maximum)
