Key Responsibilities:

Graduate Intern:

  • Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Support various departments as needed
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations
  • Learn and adapt to company policies and procedures
  • Take part in team meetings and training programs

Admin Assistant:

  • Manage office supplies and maintain records
  • Schedule meetings and handle correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Sales Assistant

  • Support the sales team with client follow-up and lead generation
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and address inquiries
  • Help track sales targets and report on performance

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge
  • Log customer interactions and update CRM systems
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

H.R Assistant

  • Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening candidates)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and training of new staff
  • Help coordinate staff welfare, leave, and attendance records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in the respective field
  • Proficiency in relevant tools/software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
  • Relevant educational background in the respective field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving ability and critical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
