 Responsibilities:
- Clean, structure, and manage internal datasets
Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations. - Run predictive or trend analysis.
- Explore AI tools to improve internal workflows and external customer service.
- Propose and test small-scale automations (e.g., chatbots, data extraction scripts).
- Translate business questions into clear data and AI opportunities.
- Document data processes and AI experiments.
Skill Set and Values:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Excel for analysis
Interest in AI/ML tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.). - Curious and proactive about improving how things work.
- Able to explain technical ideas in simple, clear terms.
- Team player with good communication and documentation habits.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A university degree.
- Must have completed NYSC.
