Job Summary of the Executive Assistant at Trusoft Limited
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations, manage scheduling and communications, and oversee the brand’s presence across social media platforms.
- This unique role blends administrative excellence with digital savvy to help amplify vision, maintain professionalism, and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant at Trusoft Limited
Executive Support
- Manage calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups.
- Coordinate travel and logistics
- Assist with project management and task tracking.
- Prepare presentations, documents, and reports.
Brand & Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Maintain brand consistency in all visuals, language, and messaging.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online community.
- Assist with content creation (graphics, captions, reels, etc.)
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, social media manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills.
- A heart for excellence, creativity, and discretion.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English and must look presentable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with faith-based or personal development content.
- Experience working with speakers, coaches, or personal brands.
- Video editing or podcasting skills (a plus).
