Are you an engineering graduate who just completed NYSC or about to serve and looking to gain a skill that sets you apart in today’s job market. We offer training exposure to real projects, mentorship, and placement support, whether you are looking to boost your employability or build a career in renewable energy .
Key Responsibilities:
- Design solar PV systems, lead site assessments, coordinate installations, and support commissioning .
- Maintain client relationships; mentor junior engineers; engage in continuous professional development .
- Communication (especially for client-facing engineers)
- Team collaboration and leadership (for senior roles)
- Analytical and diagnostic skills
- Time management under project deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in: electrical/electronic engineering mechanical engineering renewable energy / energy Systems.
- COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) NABCEP (for solar roles) AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar technical tools.
- Solar PV system design and sizing, Installation and commissioning of solar inverters, batteries, and panels,
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of systems,
- Familiarity with national energy codes and safety protocols
- Use of tools like Helioscope, AutoCAD, PVSyst, or HOMER Energy
