KAPSARC Graduate Development Program 2025 – King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center
The Graduate Development Program is a 12-month program that provides recent graduates with the opportunity to gain experience in different program tracks.
The program is designed to help graduates develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a variety of roles.
Selected applicants will travel to Saudi Arabia, and they will stay and work at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC).
No Application fee, and it is a Fully Funded Program. Both Bachelor, and Master’s graduates are eligible to apply for the KAPSARC Graduate Development Program.
KAPSARC has two GDP tracks which are:
- Consulting
- Enabling
Enabling Majors
By joining the Enabling track, trainees will develop specialized technical skills in business enabling functions such as:
- Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Human Resources
- Industrial Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Public Relations & Communication
- English Translation
- Project Management
- Marketing
Consulting Majors
By joining the Consulting Track, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working on timely and relevant projects in the energy sector, data analysis, and communication.

Eligibility Criterias for the KAPSARC Graduate Development Program 2025
- Applicants from around the world are eligible to apply.
- Degree Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree
- GPA Requirements:
- 4 out of 5
- 3.2 out of 4
- 60 out of 100
- Language Proficiency Requirements:
- IELTS 6.5 (Academic)
- TOEFL IBT: 79 and above
- Additional Requirements:
- Graduated 2024 – 2025
- Certificate equivalency for degrees obtained abroad
- Experience less than 1 year
- If the graduation certificate has not been obtained, attach the graduation statement.
