Social Media Manager/Administrative Assistant | Wackawackamunv2

As a Social Media Manager you will be specializing in sponsorship and brand partnerships, your core responsibility is to research, pitch, and secure sponsorship deals for my 2 YouTube channels Wackawackamunv2 and Wackawackamun Gaming.

This is a commission based role, where you’ll earn 10% of the total value of each successful deal you close. As you consistently deliver high quality or high volume partnerships, there will be opportunities to increase your commission rate based on performance and long-term contributions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, sales, or digital sponsorships (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, especially within the
  • YouTube ecosystem.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — must be able to write persuasive outreach messages and pitch proposals.
  • Solid negotiation skills with the ability to confidently close deals and manage client expectations.
  • Ability to create or work with media kits, pitch decks, and basic performance reports using YouTube Analytics.
  • Highly organized and self motivated, able to manage outreach pipelines and follow ups independently.
  • Basic knowledge of brand marketing goals (awareness, conversions, ROI) to align pitches with sponsor needs.
