Job Title: Workshop Assistant

Purpose of the Assignment
The purpose of this engagement is to recruit Workshop Assistants who will support the coordination and smooth delivery of the upcoming SP Resistance Training scheduled to take place in Osogbo, Osun State.
Key Responsibilities (IT & Administrative Support)
- Distribute workshop and training materials to participants as needed.
- Manage the distribution and coordination of refreshments (tea breaks and lunch).
- Take photographs of training sessions for documentation purposes.
- Support accurate and timely attendance tracking.
- Set up and manage IT equipment to ensure the smooth operation of the workshop.
- Provide additional administrative support as directed to ensure successful workshop execution.
Expected Deliverables
- Signed attendance sheets from all participants.
- A typed Excel spreadsheet with a full list of participants and their bank account details (if required).
- Typed notes/minutes from the training sessions.
- A soft copy of all training session photographs.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: National Diploma (ND) in any discipline.
- Must be computer literate and comfortable using MS Office tools.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or workshop/training support is an added advantage.
- Strong note-taking and documentation skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
