TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC invites applications for the 2025 cohort of its highly regarded Young Graduate Trainee Program, a dynamic professional development initiative under the broader TotalEnergies Africa program. This initiative is designed to cultivate the next generation of African business and technical leaders through intensive, structured, and cross-border training. The program offers recent graduates an immersive, 18-month experience that includes both local and international assignments across TotalEnergies’ African subsidiaries.

Program Structure

The TotalEnergies Young Graduate Trainee Program is delivered in two phases:

• Phase 1 – Local Experience (6 months): The selected candidate is placed within TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC to gain practical experience and exposure in their area of specialization.
• Phase 2 – International Exposure (12 months): Upon successful completion of the local phase, the trainee transitions to a structured international assignment within one of TotalEnergies’ African subsidiaries. This component is essential in building cross-cultural understanding and strategic thinking within a global energy context.

Who Should Apply?

TotalEnergies seeks ambitious, driven, and high-potential graduates with a strong academic background and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse work environment.

Eligibility Requirements:

• • A minimum of Upper Second-Class Honours (or equivalent) obtained within the past two years from a recognized university.
  • Aged 26 years or younger at the time of application.
  • A minimum KCSE Mean Grade of B+ or equivalent.
  • Candidates must be citizens or permanent residents of Kenya.
  • Academic disciplines considered include:
    • Engineering fields (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, AI, Robotics, Software Engineering)
    • Business-related fields (Finance, Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration)
    • Support functions (Human Resources, Procurement, Law, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Environmental Studies, Sustainability Management, Economics)

Required Documentation:

• Certified copy of KCSE (or equivalent) certificate
• National ID card
• Degree certificate
  

   (or Master’s degree certificate, if applicable)

• Relevant professional qualification certificates, where applicable
